Privacy policy

Last updated: 25/10/2026

prompt84.com respects your privacy. This page explains which data we collect, what we use it for and which rights you have.

1. The data we collect

When you sign in with Google: the name, the e-mail address and the profile picture of your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.

What you enter: your username, your bio, the social links of your profile, and the content you post (prompts, descriptions, tags, images, source links).

Activity on the website: the posts you save and follow, the number of copies, the reports you send. Technical data such as the IP address, the type of browser and the visited pages may be recorded automatically in the server logs to run and protect the website.

2. How we use it

To run the website (sign-in, showing posts and public profiles, saving and following); to moderate content and fight spam and abuse; to improve the website (statistics of views and copies); and to contact you when it is needed.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Public information

Your username, profile picture, bio, social links and the posts you publish are public and may be indexed by search engines. Your e-mail address is not shown publicly.

4. Cookies

We use the cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your language. The website may use anonymous statistics tools to understand how it is used. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but some functions (like sign-in) may stop working.

5. Third-party services

We use third-party services to run the website: Google (sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and MongoDB Atlas (database). They process data under their own policies; the data may be stored on servers outside Vietnam.

6. Storage and security

We keep your data while your account is active or as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No system is completely secure, however.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and ask for the deletion of your data, to withdraw your consent and to complain, as the applicable data protection law says (for example Decree 13/2023/ND-CP in Vietnam). You can edit your profile, delete your posts, or send us a request at the e-mail below.

8. Children

The website is not meant for children under 16. If you are a parent and you find that your child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date is at the top of the page.
